UPS picks up at our warehouse every business day, Monday through Friday around 3:00 PM. We make every effort to ship your order the business day we receive your order. We will E-mail you the tracking number by the end of the next business day.
LTL Shipments placed after 2:00PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Must Be Approved By Hose City. Most Assemblies are Made To Order.
Buyer assumes responsibility for return freight. Exceptions are for warranty returns.
